• Data Entry & Management
: Maintain, Update, and Input data in the ERP System regarding to Shipments, Operation and inventory Ensure accuracy of data and make adjustments

• Vehicle Arrangement
: Paperwork verification, recordkeeping on Vehicle operation

• Shipping documents verification, Inventory check and invoicing
: Make sure BOL, Shipping List, Packing list aligns, Draft invoices and periodic inventory check and update DB

• Yard Management
: Maintain Dock assignment records and over see trailer inventory

• Customer Service
: Support Clients regarding to Shipment status and inquiries

• Clerical support

Currently pursuing Logistics, SCM, Business degree or related experiences.
Basic knowledge on ERP system (SAP preferred) but not a mandatory
Good communication skills in written, verbal Korean and English
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Strong organizational skills
