Customer Service

$19 per hour

• Assist clients with requests pertaining to their account
• Analyzes account specific information and summarizes information and findings for underwriter review
• Researches and provides underwriting analysis of account information and ensures overall regulatory compliance
• Assist underwriting with submission clearance, rating binders, policy issuance, cancellations, endorsements, renewal preparation, and state and federal filings
• Participate in pre-renewal meetings with underwriters
• Issues policies and initiates invoicing in accordance with underwriter’s instruction
• Order, bind, invoice and process new and renewal policies, endorsements, cancellations and audits
• Issue Certificate Of Insurance, automobile ID cards, evidence of property and binders as requested
