1. Interior Planning and Design by Store Type
2. Concept search and design development
3. Design manual management and rendering
4. Design and review of drawing, documentation, and construction supervision
5. Superior communication with contractors and franchisees
6. Run simulations and stress tests on all 3D models before prototyping
7. Make revisions to models as requested
8. Keep up to date on all modern advancements in material and software technologies
9. Utilize large databases of material property information to best select materials for modeling

1. Minimum 1 year degree in a related field (preferred)
2. Bachelor's or Certifications (preferred)
3. 1+ years experience utilizing CAD, Sketch up, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator software
4. Strong organizational skills
5. Excellent attention to detail
6. An abundance of patience to see a complicated project to the end
7. Comfortable with sitting for long periods of time
