General Responsibilities
• 유통업체 파트너 및 산업 고객에 대한 주문/배송 조정 및 후속 조치
• 회계 소프트웨어 / EDI를 사용하여 주문 처리 (SAGE50 / SPS Commerce)
• 창고 직원 및 운송업체와 주문을 조정하여 정확성과 제때 완료 보장
• 주문 수정 사항이 있는 경우 구매자와 소통
• 거래처에서 필요한 샘플 발송 물, 마케팅 자료 및 기타 품목을 정리/준비 하여 배송
• 월별 마감 절차 지원
• 창고 및 유통업체 활동에 대한 보고서(주간/월간) 생성
• 주간 AR Aging 보고서 작성 및 연체된 지불에 대해 구매자에게 연락

Qualifications
