1. Supports doctors on AIC’s continuing education programs including delivery of implant education materials and course implementation details
2. Coordinates and executes implant education programs such as online courses, Hands-on trainings and seminars
3. Assists implant and dental-surgery training courses with physical and hand-on practices
4. Manages and coordinates all required materials for live surgery and hand-on practice courses
5. Guides sales team to adhere organization’s course delivery standards and regulations
6. Organizes and maintains AIC training documentations and communication materials
7. Monitors compliance and accurate reporting of all CE-related activities

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Ability to organize and coordinate multi activities with Regional training support and facilitation arrangement
• Ability to take initiative and use independent judgment within established policy and procedural guidelines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced and sometimes stressful environment
• Microsoft Office (Excel & Word) experience are preferred
