1. Project/Team Management - Lead small to medium sized team, communicate the deliverables and plan to achieve them. Coordinate team activities on development/research/testing activities, managing the flow of team members on and off the project as needed.

2. Engineering Solution Design & Specification - Initiate and Lead the design of complex assemblies, the associated drawings, engineering specifications/standards and validation processes as required.

3. Supplier Management - Identify new, select and lead technical negotiations with suppliers.

4. Documentation - Compile and/or develop documentation to meet program deliverables and move development process forward

5. Relationship Management - Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and counterparts, building professional credibility and trust.

6. Personal Development - Be recognized as a subject matter expert in own area of technology or department function and beyond in the division.

7. Improvement & Innovation - Lead continuous improvement projects and provide related technical or group management
