General Responsibilities
1. Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments operate our forwarding system and
2. Tracking, tracing, and updating the status of shipments on a daily basis.
3. Effective communication with customers, vendors, and co-workers through a high volume of e-mails, phone calls and verbal contact.
