General Responsibilities
1. Handle both ocean & air operations, billing, and customer service functions in a timely manner
2. Communicate and follow-up with customers on booking requests until delivery completion
3. Coordinate and communicate inbound transportation details with overseas partners
4. Mediate delivery requirements and shipment tracking between customers, truckers, brokers, warehouses, and vendors to ensure proper delivery
5. Analyze work processes while doing associated data entry tasks into operating system
6. Develop and retain relationships with trucking, warehouse, customs brokers, ports, and other vendors

• Bachelor’s degree
• Well organized and quick to adapt
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
