The quality technician is responsible for performing standardized quality control checks on our products to ensure they meet the required quality specifications. equality technician oversees all of the quality processes and data with a good eye for detail. The quality technician monitors the quality of incoming, processing, and outgoing products. Also, they are tasked with conducting tests, analyzing measurements, and responsible for the maintenance of analytical instruments and facilities related to QC.

1. Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from raw material vendors and outgoing products for customers.
2. Perform the sampling of analysis samples.
3. Reject all products and materials that fail to meet quality specifications.
4. Read and understand the specifications of products and review the analysis data to see if it meets the specifications.
5. Perform the maintenance of analytical instruments and equipment such as ICP-MS, GC, GC-MS, IC, Titrators and etc.
6. Ensure the analytical equipment is calibrated and working correctly.
7. Monitor and manage the lab environment (Cleanroom and general lab).

9. Come up with a variety of ideas for improving the analysis SOP to ensure quality control.
10. Supervise the manufacturing process by monitoring the quality data.
11. Consult with the manufacturing team about quality control concerns to improve product excellence.
12. Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.
13. Comply with ISO system (9001,14001, 45001) and related regulations of the company.
14. Develop and maintain inspection reports.
15. Manage new quality technicians.

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry-related major
• Applicant who can work in the cleanroom environment
• Applicant who doesn't have any concerns with handling acids and bases when performing analysis work.
• Certification in quality control is preferred.
• Strong understanding of chemistry, instrumental analysis, testing techniques, and quality control standards.
• Basic knowledge of MS office.
• Advanced organizational skills.
• Bilingual is preferred (English and Korean)
