Graphic Design

General Responsibilities
1. Gathers information and materials needed from various team members (Engineering, Marketing, Sales) to create material.
2. Becomes familiar with brand guidelines, images, components, and overall brand identity.
3. Works within existing brand guidelines and designs to create print collateral, image-based e-mails, and digital assets for our website and social media channels.
4. Proofreads to ensure accurate and high-quality work.
5. Conceptualizes assignments by designing rough layouts of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts as per specified media requirements. Adjusts designs and copy according to directions provided by team members.
6. Obtains approval of concepts by submitting rough layouts, timelines, and estimates for approval of VP of Marketing.
7. Maintains technical knowledge by reviewing professional publications and staying up to date on marketing and design trends, etc.
8. Has the ability to learn new software, if needed, to accomplish projects.
9. Assist in designing marketing materials that have a high visual impact and help present our products and services to the public and our partner clients in a breakthrough way.
10. Assist in designing corporate communications, presentations, product packaging, sales flyers, and promotional elements.
11. Upload images and copy to websites using WordPress.

Qualifications
• 1-2 years of experience in graphic design
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat) and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with XD, Premiere, Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
• Foodservice industry experiences a strong plus
• File organization and maintenance
• Strong time management skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze situations, identify existing or potential problems and recommend solutions
• Works well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing deadlines and advancement opportunities.
