General Responsibilities
1. Assist in planning and organizing in-store promotional events, including coordinating setups and ensuring smooth execution.
2. Create and prepare promotional materials and displays for in-store events by adhering to the brand guidelines.
3. Collect and analyze campaign performance, consumer behavior, and market trends to support the development of effective promotional strategies.
4. Assist in developing engaging content for in-person interactions and traditional media, including flyers and posters to support in-store promotions and events.
5. Assist in seasonal event planning.
6. Monitor and report on in-store promotions and events, providing insights and recommendations for future activities based on performance data.

Qualifications
• Major in Media Communication, Marketing, or related fields
• Proficient in using task-related software, such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.
• Fluent in both Korean and English
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented and able to meet deadline
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
