• Accurate quantity management through periodic inventory checks
• Manage shipping and receiving
• Manage delivery and shipping appointments with carriers and ensure quality and accuracy of process
• Create an invoice and send it to the customer
• Control and management of reverse logistics
• Providing customers with quotations and responding
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Handle and resolve customer service issues for quality control and customer satisfaction
• Preparation of all shipping documents
• Document recording and organizing
• Monitor and control container schedules for warehouse
• Manage and resolve customer complaints
• Data entry, updates and maintenance
• Generating and retention of all required reporting for the customer and NGL
• Constant communication with warehouse to ensure customers’ demands are being met
