Dispatcher

$18 hourly

• Availability checks on all imports (TMF / Demurrage / Holds)
• Able to schedule for POLA, POLB, rail ramps, & depots
• Port transaction for import and export orders
• Review all Exports (Updating with correct remarks, check vessel: Size / Quantity / TMF / ERD)
• Review all Empties/Exports on correct appointment times (those with appointments/no appointments with correct remarks)
• Make appointments.
• Keep drivers working without any delay (monitor drivers)
• Dispatch drivers to Port / Deliveries
• Review driver’s daily manifest.
• Control driver’s working hours.
• Provide prompt and professional response with terminal and CSR.
• Other related duties will be assigned upon hiring.
• Analyze and understand all the operations at NGL!

Secondary Task:
• Follow up with waiting time / dry run pays.
• Send Reports of empty receiving
• Follow up with accounting and drivers on any payments that were missed / documents that are missing.

Experienced but not mandatory. The company will provide training.
