IT-Developer/Programmer

$18/hr.

• Conceptualize design, implement, and develop a solution for complex/ programs independently
• Codes and programs enhancements, updates, and changes for portions and subsystems of systems software, including operating systems, compliers, networking, utilities, databases, and Internet-related tools
• Executes established test plans and protocols for assigned portions of code; identifies, logs, and debugs assigned issues.
• Document system builds and application configurations; maintain and update documentation as needed
• Provide support for IT Network and Systems infrastructure including day-to day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for corporate offices
• Support implementation of addition, deletions, upgrades and modifications to organization's IT infrastructure
• Provide support diagnosing and resolving any potential network and hardware issues
• Assist in administering Cisco VoIP phone system
• Assist end users through Help Desk ticketing system

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience (3~6 years in the IT field preferred)
• Ability to work comfortably in UNIX an Linux
• Experience with SQL and relational databases
• Experience with Java or other programming languages preferred
• Experience developing desktop or server-side applications or software for embedded systems
• Familiarity with hardware & software installations, updates & upgrades
• Experience in Microsoft Office 365 administration
• Knowledge of Cisco Switches/ Routers and VoIP system is a plus
• Basic TCP/IP network connectivity troubleshooting
• Experience with server virtualization and SAN knowledge a plus
• Working knowledge of food manufacturing, quality of food safety systems, sanitation, allergens, SOP and safety protocols
